  Pulled up to the shop at 8:04 a.m. (shop opens at 8:00am) lights were on & people were inside I knocked on the glass door because they acted as if they didn't see me. The owner looked directly at me & proceeded to do whatever he was doing so I left. Its winter season you don't leave customers outside in the cold like that, definitely won't be returning to this shop! If you can treat customers like that I couldn't even imagine how they would treat my vehicle.
